Abandoning Ship (For now anyway)

I know, I know. It's only been two and a half days. I came to the conclusion that the intense headaches of late were because of so much protein. I'm also starting to work nights, and my bizarre sleep schedule is not conducive to this sort of lifestyle. I thought the headaches were the result of the flu I've been getting over, which has now whittled down to a cough, but I noticed they increased about an hour after eating my protein-rich meals. It's not a big deal, my diet was quite healthy before I started this thing, and very similar to the slow-carb diet anyway. I just eat whole grains as well, and a little dairy. I'm still going to stick to the exercise now that I have a gym membership and a kettlebell coming in the next few days. I'll just have to gradually strip down my already meager carb and dairy intake to prevent the headaches, and hopefully I'll be working days soon so I'll have a more normalized schedule. Just too much going down right now! Will continue this at a later posting...
